Mrs. Webster is Secretary, Investment Promotion & Facilitation at Invest Barbados in its Toronto, Canada Office. She was appointed to sit on the Board of Directors of WETA FINANCE INC.effective August 1, 2010.

Mrs. Webster's career commenced at The Barbados Telephone Company Limited in 1972 when she joined the company as a Clerical Officer in the Accounts Department. Since then she has held several leadership positions in almost all areas of the company including the management of its Bridgetown Satellite office. Mrs. Webster resigned from Cable and Wireless Bartel (formerly Bartel) in 2002 where she held the position of Accounts Manager.

Mrs. Webster took up residency in Canada in 2003, where she joined the Country Team of the Consulate General of Barbados, Toronto.

Mrs. Webster holds an associate degree in Marketing from the Barbados Community College and a Diploma (Honours) in Computer Studies from the CDI College, Canada.
