Ms. Blackman is a retired business executive, with a wealth of knowledge in the retailing industry. She was appointed to sit on the Board of Directors of WETA FINANCE INC.effective August 1, 2010.

Ms. Blackman’s career as a self employed business executive commenced in early 1984, during this period in addition to the retailing of clothing and household items Ms. Blackman owed and operated public service vehicles in the tourism and public transportation industry. At retirement from this industry in 1995 Ms. Blackman changed her focus to Real estate and channeled her energies in this sector.

It is therefore anticipated that the business experience acquired over the past twenty five (25) years will serve the WETA FINANCE INC.Board of Directors in assessing and analyzing growth in its loans portfolio while ensuring that the company’s risk assessment is kept within the established parameters.
